Our closest town, Monmouth
Our local town
is Monmouth -- it's about 20 minutes drive from the Chicken Shed.
It is a pretty, historic place and has a good selection of shops including Waitrose and Marks & Spencer.
There is also a range of pubs and plenty of restaurants including several good quality curry houses... and Pizza Express.
We know the scene pretty well so if you need recommendations -- just ask!
